I teach kids game design around New York City. I’ve taught for:

  • Museum of the Moving Image, taught a month-long workshop on game design to high schoolers from City-As School (February/March 2014), as a  Teaching Artist affiliated with the museum for a Summer Day Camp at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (July 2014), and at the museum as a Summer Day Camp Teaching Artist at the museum’s Summer Media Camp (August 2014)
  • WingSpan Arts Inc., at the Brooklyn School of Inquiry/The Academy of Talented Scholars (Fall 2012)
  • The Children’s Academy, at Long Island University Brooklyn Campus (Summer 2012 – Summer 2013)
  • After3 Afterschool Program, at NEST+M( New Explorations into Science, Technology and Math) (Spring 2013 – Current)

At these schools I’ve taught table-top game design and digital game design using Game Star MechanicGameSalad, Stencyl and Scratch.
